काठमाडौँ । नेपाल बाल सङ्गठनको नक्सालस्थित करिब २९ रोपनी जग्गा हिनामिना प्रकरणमा केन्द्रीय अनुसन्धान ब्युरो (सिआइबी) ले हालसम्म तीन जनालाई पक्राउ गरी अनुसन्धान अघि बढाएको छ । सङ्गठनका पूर्वपदाधिकारीदेखि सो जग्गामा व्यापारिक गतिविधि सञ्चालन गर्ने घरानाका सदस्यसमेतका नाममा जिल्ला अदालत काठमाडौँले गएको वैशाखमा पक्राउ पुर्जी जारी गरेको थियो ।
उक्त प्रकरणमा २० जनाका नाममा जिल्ला अदालत काठमाडौँबाट पक्राउ पुर्जी जारी भएको केन्द्रीय अनुसन्धान व्युरो (सिआइबी) का प्रवक्ता एवं प्रहरी उपरीक्षक होविन्द्र बोगटीले जानकारी दिनुभयो । उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “अदालतबाट २० जनाका नाममा पक्राउ पुर्जी जारी भएको थियो, अहिलेसम्म तीन जना पक्राउ परेका छन्, अनुसन्धान जारी छ ।” अदालतबाट पक्राउ पुर्जी जारी भएकामध्ये हालसम्म बाल सङ्गठनका तत्कालिन महासचिव गणेशभक्त श्रेष्ठ, तत्कालीन उपाध्यक्ष तुलसीनारायण श्रेष्ठ तथा सङ्गठनका तत्कालीन सदस्य एवं स्रोत तथा परिचालन उपसमिति संयोजक कृष्णशङ्कर साह पक्राउ परेका छन् ।
चार वर्षका लागि भनेर दिइएको बृहस्पति विद्या सदनलाई लिज अवधि बढाउँदै लगेकोमा विसं २०५८ जेठ ८ मा थप पाँच रोपनी दुई आना जग्गा दिएको पाइएको छ । विसं २०५७ माघ ६ मा बाल सङ्गठनसँग बृहस्पतिले दुई रोपनी मात्रै जग्गा मागेको थियो । विसं २०५९ साउन २१ मा थप १३ रोपनी ३० वर्षका लागि लिजमा लिन बृहस्पतिले प्रस्ताव गरेको थियो । सोही वर्षको साउन ३० मा बसेको बाल सङ्गठनको बैठकले महासचिव रामकाजी कोनेमार्फत कित्ता नम्बर ७६० अन्तर्गतको थप १३ रोपनी १२ आना एक पैसा विसं २०८८ सम्मका लागि बृहस्पतिलाई भाडामा दिने गरी अख्तियारी प्रदान गरेको थियो । सोही वर्षको भदौ ११ मा सङ्गठन र बृहस्पतिबीच ३० वर्षका लागि सम्झौता भएको देखिएको छ ।
तीस वर्षे सम्झौता हुँदा प्रत्येक दुई वर्षमा पाँच प्रतिशतका दरले भाडा वृद्धि हुने तर सुरु र अन्तिम पाँच/पाँच वर्ष बढेको भाडा तिर्नु नपर्ने उल्लेख थियो । सम्झौताको म्याद विसं २०८८/२०८९ सम्म थियो । तर, म्याद सकिन १६ वर्षअगावै विसं २०७२ जेठ २१ मा सङ्गठनले प्रतिवर्ग फिट रु छ कायम गरी बाल मन्दिरको २९ रोपनी चार आना बृहस्पतिलाई भाडामा दिने सम्झौता ग-यो । बृहस्पतिलाई विसं २०८९ पछिको थप ४३ वर्ष (२१३१ सालसम्म) पनि बाल मन्दिरमै बस्न पाउने सम्झौता भएपछि अहिले उक्त विषय ठगीमा अनुसन्धान अघि बढेको हो ।
उक्त जग्गा हिनामिना प्रकरणमा केन्द्रीय अनुसन्धान ब्युरो (सिआइबी) ले अनुसन्धान जारी राखेको प्रवक्ता बोगटीले बताउनुभयो । उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “उक्त प्रकरणका मुख्य प्रतिवादी नियन्त्रणमा आएकाले अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ, अनुसन्धानमा शङ्का गर्नुपर्ने कुनै ठाउँ छैन ।”
